Procurement Opportunities

The Boca Raton Housing Authority (BRHA) intends to carpet  all the common hallways at BANYAN PLACE APARTMENTS located at 2950 NW 5^th Ave., Boca Raton, FL.  The product to be used is Northstar Flooring Design , Majestic (3003 Tapestry) Style no. T603.

Sealed bids for the work will be received by BRHA at 2333A W. Glades Rd., Boca Raton, FL no later than Friday, February 10, 2012 at 3:00 PM. All responsive bids shall have one original and one copy of the required documents in the sealed package.

Interested bidders may call 561-347-8833, Banyan Place, to make an appointment to walk the property and take measurements. The Housing Authority will not provide interested parties with floor measurements, drawings or square footage statements. The contractor is wholly responsible for this determination. BRHA will approve seam locations on the submitted plans.
